2. Purpose of Processing
Analytics data is used solely to improve our website experience. Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry and is never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Cookies
We use analytics cookies (PostHog) only with your explicit consent. You can accept or decline via the cookie banner on your first visit, and change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage.
4. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for 12 months. Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, and no longer than 3 years.

6. Third-Party Services
We use PostHog (EU infrastructure) for analytics and Sentry for error tracking. These providers act as data processors under appropriate Data Processing Agreements. No data is transferred outside the EU.
